Decisive for the cancellation costs is the receipt of the cancellation by us (by e-mail). If you do not receive a reply within 24 hours, please resend your cancellation, as it may have ended up in the spam folder. Cancellation costs:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Up to 42 days before departure: 10% of the booked price<\/li>\n<li>41 days until arrival: 100% of the booked price<\/li>\n<li>In case of no-show: 100% of the booked price.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Payments are made as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If there are less than 42 days between the booking date and the arrival date, the full amount will be paid.<\/li>\n<li>In the event of cancellation, the amount will be retained in accordance with the cancellation costs and the remaining amount will be refunded.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please note that<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"55\" data-end=\"296\">As of <strong data-start=\"61\" data-end=\"80\">January 1, 2024<\/strong>, the Greek government has implemented a <strong data-start=\"121\" data-end=\"147\">Climate Resilience Tax<\/strong> for all tourist accommodations, including villas. This tax is part of an environmental initiative to support sustainability efforts across Greece.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"298\" data-end=\"453\">For <strong data-start=\"302\" data-end=\"344\">villas and accommodations over 120 sqm<\/strong>, the tax is <strong data-start=\"357\" data-end=\"384\">\u20ac15 per night per villa<\/strong>. This fee is <strong data-start=\"398\" data-end=\"416\">not per person<\/strong> but applies to the entire booking.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"455\" data-end=\"612\">The tax is <strong data-start=\"466\" data-end=\"479\">mandatory<\/strong> and must be paid <strong data-start=\"497\" data-end=\"513\">upon arrival<\/strong>.
